After years of working in residential markets, Brandon found an opportunity in the Land space, a new and fast-growing niche among Real Estate investors.

Brandon created Landy Leads as a cold-calling service for Land flippers.

His service: cold calling. He would cold call land owners to find people willing to sell their land at a discount to the market rate.

However, he was running on tight margins, and had trouble retaining clients. He was earning under 15% gross margin per client, and an average contract lasted only 3-4 months.

We applied this to Brandon’s offer to make it better.

Essentially, he was passing off lukewarm leads to clients and making them do the work of:

  1. Qualifying them
  2. Researching their Property
